Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, we cannot guarantee that:

• Your computer monitor's display of colors will be accurate
• Product descriptions are entirely error-free
• Photographs exactly represent the finished product (especially for custom orders)

If a Product you receive is not as described, you may return it as described in our Returns section.

Custom & Preservation Orders

Special terms apply to Custom Orders and Flower Preservation services:

• Design Approval: Custom designs require your written approval before production begins
• Material Limitations: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes with customer-provided flowers due to natural variations
• Timeline: Custom orders require additional processing time (typically 2-6 weeks)
• Non-Returnable: Custom and preservation orders are final sale and cannot be returned
• Deposit: Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit

Product Care & Limitations

Our resin Products require proper care:

• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent yellowing
• Do not expose to extreme temperatures or direct heat sources
• Clean with mild soap and water only; avoid abrasive cleaners
• Food-safe items should be hand-washed only
• Resin may develop a patina over time with normal use

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order
• Refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
• Cancel orders if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected

Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Order Errors

In the event of an error on our Website regarding pricing, availability, or product information, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel any orders placed for incorrectly priced items
• Contact you for instructions before shipping incorrectly priced items
• Refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently
• Adjust prices for custom orders based on materials and complexity

• We cannot guarantee delivery to countries with import restrictions

Standard Return Policy

For standard, non-custom Products:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• A 15% restocking fee may apply in some cases

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom Orders and personalized items
• Flower Preservation pieces
• Workshop creations made by participants
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Used or damaged items (unless damaged in shipping)
• Digital products or downloadable content

Warranty

Our Products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty:

• Covers defects in materials or workmanship
• Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of materials
• Requires proof of purchase for warranty claims

Our Intellectual Property

All Content on our Website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, button icons, images
• Audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations
• Software, product designs, workshop materials
• The overall look and feel of our Website

is the property of Huesbylats or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Class Action Waiver
